Good communication skills is one of the key essential tools for effective leadership. A great leader has to be able to communicate well in terms of expressing their ideas and share useful knowledge with his/her employees. And as a leader, you must be able to inspire others through your words and actions. The way the leader communicates reflects who he/she is therefore it is important that the leader know what image he/she is trying to portray so that your employees can look up to you.
